V4 Stay - Luxury 1 BHK AC Suite sleeps 5 guests

This is a clean and well maintained independent apartment with attention to detail in everything (except the toilet). The kitchen is well appointed with a mixer grinder and a wide range of well cleaned utensils that should service all your needs. The gas cooking stove is a welcome addition and the cooking area has been scrubbed extra clean reflecting the host's approach to cleanliness. Also, an RO filtering system provides 24-7 drinking water. A comfortable sofa with luxuriant cushions, the variety of chairs, the spotless walls and wallpapering - everything is done just right in the living room. Additionally, the TV, WiFi, a tiny fridge and complementary furniture all helped make the stay better. The private terrace is a major plus and here again hosts Venkat and Vinita have been outstanding in maintaining an overall clean exterior. Sundar, the caretaker, is conscientious and ever willing to help if given a chance. The key handover was handled well as well.

The washroom begs for a major revamp. The toilet bowl is old, rusty and smelly. The bucket and mug needed urgent replacement (I bought my own). The noisy construction at the adjacent property which shared a wall with this apartment was a full time nuisance: the hosts should have mentioned it beforehand.
