The beds were decent and comfortable, only a couple of minutes from a number of supermarkets, clean

To advertise this property has Gardens and Garden Views is laughable, it does have gardens, but both were in horrendous condition, especially the back garden which was over grown from the back door ro the back fence, above waist height and at some area shoulder height, completely unusable which was particularly annoying considering the 29⁰ heat that weekend. The smart TV with Netflix etc, wouldn't connect to the Internet and so was un watchable unless you could get your phone to connect to it. Very limited in the Kitchen utensils area, no cleaning products to wipe sides down, just 1 dirty sponge, no spare bin bags, no tee towels to dry pots, no oven gloves to get hot things from oven, had a dish washer, but no dishwasher tablets. Despite being a nice enough house the whole things just felt like there was a lack of effort, especially if your going to advertise it as Luxury Garden View property.

Clean, convenient location, Parking, TV etc...

The garden needs to be clean.

Bedrooms were cosy. Temperature of the house was perfect.

Rubbish bin over flowing. Grass in back and front was never cut. No outside furniture. Distinct smell of cat urine in wardrobe.

grass wasn't cut, toilet seat was broken, coffee table had nails coming through top, grandson got soar on hand. Also wifi was very poor.

What I liked about the property is that the house is clean, big, enjoyable, comfortable, this is home away from home, I would definitely recommend, 10/10, five stars rating from me, thank you so much for making our stay comfortable, will be coming back.

Nothing was out of track

the collection of the keys was easy to find and we were able to collect. There was many beds which is good if you are travelling with a bigger group.

The location was a little hard to find due to the numbers on the door not been visible as much in the dark. The bathroom was downstairs and a little hard to find, the shower itself was broken and needs changing. More could have been done in the kitchen and bathroom. There wasn’t any foil or extras if you wanted to make use of the kitchen. We got one warning were threatened to be kicked out even though we hadn’t been warned before as we were watching TV loudly, we would have appreciated a warning a heads up first before being threatened.

The house was in a nice location, it had all facilities, kitchen. Heating was brilliant. The location had takeaways and supermarkets within half a mile.

The house wasn't clean, specifically kitchen and bathroom cieling had spider and insects, if it was cleaned this would have made it more presentable. The bath had a shower but no shower screen to stop water going all over the floor.

Very happy with the property overall. Was really convenient and in a great location. Nice quiet area. Property was fully equipped with all the facilities needed

The only fault I’d point out is we spent 3 days trying to connect the tv to Amazon prime and Netflix but did not work so had to use my phone

Cleanliness was non existent with spider webs in nearly every corner of the house, paint falling off some walls paper falling off the others. Pictures make it seem a lot bigger than it actually is not an ideal set up hosts need to re think what they are doing
