EVEYTHING WAS EXCELLENT FOR THIS STAY more that i can ask for apartment had tv in the living room that did work with wifi good soap Shampoo conditioner and face wash body wash , stove microwave refigerator dish washer laundry room good size room big closet and bed beautiful restroom towels and rags all that food stove pots and pans everything you need to cook 2 Tables the neighbors didnt give us anytrouble definitely would Love to rent this apartments Next Time I Am in the Area Better than a hotel thats Fershure !! THANK YOU

only thing i could say if i will have to be honest is The tv in the room didnt want to connect to the wifi and the sofa was a lil hard No iron and iron board

Proximity to Downtown and Cal State LA. Also close proximity to good Chinese restaurants in Monterey Park.

Parking was a bit tricky to figure out as the garage was on a one way alley parallel to the Main Street. The apartment is on the ground floor and it’s ceiling was the floor to the second story, making for audible footsteps over head at times.

Nice small apartment complete with amenities, which was to our surprise. Very accessible given its proximity to the freeway, with private parking to boot. Quiet place as well to rest after a tiring day.

We found the main switch controlling the living room lights AND washing machine dryer plus TV very cumbersome. While trying to use the washing machine, you cannot turn off the light in the living room as the washing machine will likewise stop. Same with the TV. Kids couldn't sleep with bright lights on, which made the evenings unpleasant as it was inky during this time we weer able to do our laundry. Also, on our last few days, as we were on the ground floor, the intermittent steps and movement of certain items like chairs from people upstairs were pretty loud and annoying.
