I love the location! Everything is a walking distance; convenience stores, coffee shops, mall, sugbo mercado etc.

Wish there was a shower curtain and basic toiletries

Smelly sink, toilet flush do not function, no water in bidet. No extra basin and dipper. Dirty bathroom.

The location and then convenience of public transportation, restaurants.

The room could need a little bit of maintenance. Shower is slimy, microwave dirty, the room smells little awful, no toiletries, no water bottle at least as courtesy.

I like the location, on which the stores are near and mostly are within reach. The unit also has complete working kitchenette on which enable us to cook food.

The drape in the window keeps acting up or probably broken, i think it is needed to be checked or repair

Everything is complete in the studio type room.

I wish the shower curtain was a little longer to cover the whole shower area so it doesn’t wet the whole bathroom. Other than that, everything was smooth.

It's accessible within City area.

There's a lot of cockroach when AC was off. AC was too loud. Slow Wifi almost of no use. Washing machine is useless.
