Ocean Beach Condo 3BR On the Sand 505

Fantastic property for our group. The Tiki Bar and Pool and beach walking are superb. Condo is decked out like a holiday home.

For guests the Condo didn’t have a washing machine or dryer - we had to go down stairs to get washing machine cards and the instructions were very difficult so we had to ask Big Mike for help. Once you get the Washing card is ok but very confusing.

It was a two bedroom as they say like three bedroom

The weather wasn't the best while we were there it would had been nice if they had a indoor pool but regardless we had a great time

apartment was clean and very large. We had 7 adults and had ample room

building is old, pool is crowded, ocean had a lot of seaweed. The Fort Lauderdale public beach to the south was cleaner and water was prettier.

Location

The host was reachable and paid attention to issues quickly. Had items to be able to enjoy as a family the beach.

There was a lot of dust from construction, as well as some things that needed to be cleaned. Did not realize that hotel itself was not where I got help from it was from the host of the room. Pool needed to be cleaner. Third bedroom bed needs to be fixed.
