At the beginning of the rental it was almost impossible to contact the owners. I didn’t know how to get into the property until the day before. I finally had to contact booking.com for assistance. It improved the second part of the rental but just a bit. The location was safe - it also had virtually none of the things one needs in a kitchen i.e. a knife, flatware, a cookie sheet, etc. The cons outweighed the pros.
