The apartment itself was nice and cozy and the balcony just added to the whole mood. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend. Also the host was extremely helpful.

Arrived to find that the cleaners had not been the apartment still felt like it had been partied in! Full bins, wet towels on floors, someone’s underwear in bathroom and beds slept in. Grim. Had to find alternative accommodation late at night. Very unprofessional. Avoid

I booked 3 days and with few days before deadline the host cancelled the middle day for maintenance so I had to find another very expensive accomodation and then turn back. I left some food for coming back that I found it hidden. the hot water was not functionung, so no able to take a decent shower.

Comfy flat with a nice view. The instructions were clear and easy to check in.

LITERALLY NOTHING The room was an absolute disgrace. it was filthy and had not even been cleaned, The parking they sent me to it was not fit for purpose and was actually closed over a weekend so I ended up paying for parking I couldn't even use. I sent the pictures to the host and he told me to go and stay somewhere else and that they would just refund me. Another person then called and asked me not to leave a review as (in his words) "it wouldn't look good for me". The Room stunk of smoke and weed and there was food all over the floor. I was promised my refund sent by BACS the same day and I still to this day have not received. I was sent the number to call by booking.com and asked to contact them directly. The Guy on the phone said he knew nothing about it and then hung up on me when I asked them to process. UPDATE: I was now offered my refund but only if I remove my review. That's Blackmail and no response since !! 4 weeks on and still waiting so sadly no other option that to take it further. Shocked Booking .com are allowing this behavior and classified it as 'good news'

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS IS A RIP OFF AND A JOKE I booked this room for my birthday and on arrival the room was still an absolute mess from the previous people. I had to rebook somewhere else which cost me an additional £80. two weeks on and I am still waiting for my refund and when I call they are rude and hang up on me. I had the most incredible stay at this mini penthouse! The apartment itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. It feels luxurious yet cozy, and the view from the penthouse was just breathtaking. The bedroom was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They are, hands down, the best hosts in the world! From the moment I booked, they were incredibly attentive, providing clear instructions and even giving fantastic local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always available for any questions and even surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a perfect apartment with the world's best hosts, this is the one! I will definitely be back.
