The apartment location in the resort is perfect for everything. It was very clean on arrival as expected with everything you need for a self catering holiday

Maybe a little better contact from letting agent and also better information in the apartment as to things like where to take any waste. Overall loved the place and will return

The apartment is spacious, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the city center, just steps from the sea and local shops. The large terrace, accessible from all bedrooms, offers a beautiful view of both the sea and the main pedestrian street. The amenities are modern: two bathrooms, a smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom, and air conditioning working well in all rooms. The kitchen has a stove and a nearly new, clean fridge/freezer.

the oven is unusable without suitable dishes, and the frying pans are completely unusable as the Teflon coating is peeling off. Basic utensils are also missing (colander, peeler, etc.), making cooking difficult despite the modern appearance of the kitchen. The bedding is very uncomfortable: the mattresses are extremely firm, and the pillows even worse, forcing us to take turns sleeping on the sofa to avoid back pain. The parking is a great feature, but the badge did not work and our host did not respond to messages about it, so we had to park outside and search for a spot every time we went out. Finally, the terrace could use better maintenance: it was very dusty on arrival, and without a squeegee, I had to clean it myself with a mop. Overall, it’s a nice and well-located apartment, but some improvements (bedding, kitchen, parking, terrace) would make the stay truly perfect.

Great location, very central, near the beach and bars. It’s not loud in the evening either. The terrace is huge and a sun trap pretty much all day. The apartment was clean and had pretty much everything you needed.

The pillows weren’t great, the bedrooms could do with more bedding in general. The air con in the main bedroom is also really loud so it might need looking at. The fob to the car garage didn’t work so we had to park on the residential streets which was fine but garage access would’ve been better. Also the washing machine room smells like sewers, it might need checking. The smell goes quite quickly when the doors are open or air con is on.

The location of the apartment was perfect for the beach and the town. The balcony was very large with a town and sea view also sunbeds.

The pillows were very hard and the patio chairs / tables were weathered and maybe coud do with a freshen up.

La ubicación y el equipamiento son muy buenos. No puede estar más céntrico y mejor ubicado. A escasos pasos de la playa y de tiendas y restaurantes. El apartamento está como nuevo y dispone de aire acondicionado en cada habitación y una terraza espectacular. Y que disponga de plaza de garaje es todo un lujo.

Para personas con movilidad reducida no es adecuado. Tanto para subir al apartamento como para acceder al garaje no hay ascensor. Las zonas comunes están descuidadas y sucias. Se ve que no hay mantenimiento ni limpieza en las áreas comunes del edificio. Supongo que la comunidad de vecinos no se gestiona adecuadamente. El pasillo de acceso y el garaje estaban llenos de basura y descuidados.
