Comfy Flat for 6 in City Center GS306

The location is incredible, right in the centre! The apartment was very clean and the hosts replied really quickly. Overall, very happy with this flat. There is a smart tv which we loved!

The sofa bed had a duvet/pillows but no sheets.

Great location. Apartment clean and tidy.

No instructions given on arrival, no lockbox code given. Had to make numerous phone calls to try and obtain them despite check-in being 3pm and we arrived at 7pm. Apartment was freezing cold and took electric heaters overnight to warm the place up. Fridge/freezer switched on but not working. No ariel for TV and no apps on TV so unable to watch

The location was brilliant for the city centre, host communication was good

Could have been cleaner, with more cooking utensils, plates etc and shower leaked due to no seal on bottom of the shower screen - host did say these problems were going to be addressed

The rooms were big enough & the bathroom seemed fine. Location was very city central.

Would never return. The apartment had not been cleaned, dirty beds, bins full & wet towels on the floor. The climb of the stairs to get to the apartment was ridiculous & the host tried moving us to an extremely basic bunk bed small studio room, when we had booked this flat that sleeps 6? We were then told we wouldn’t be able to wait in the original flat until it was cleaned, which it never was.. and then finally after 3 hours were moved to a very similar flat, but were refused any sort of refund/ late checkout for the inconvenience and hours lost waiting around and lugging suitcases up and down the stairs to 3 different flats.

The room was nice , The hosts communicated the location of the airBnB well , The facilities within the room itself were amazing with the room even including a dishwasher . The Location of the AirBnB was also convenient as not only was it close to major transport hubs but also to shops such as Lidl , which was less then a minute away. The bathroom was very nice and incredibly spacious , and even came with a heated towel rack. It was nice and quiet as you couldn't hear the others rooms. The hosts did supply us with cleaning supply's.

It took us an hour to find the room , there was no signs showing how to find it or where to go . We had to haul up several heavy suitcases uo SEVERAL flights of stairs due to the Lifts being broken and out of service. The lockbox code for the key was not only jammed but we also spent atleast 15 minutes trying to open it before contacting the hosts to find out we were given the wrong code. Windows didn't stay open in any of the rooms, with the one in the bedroom opposite the bathroom not even having an opening window as the opening for said widow was at the top , unable to be reached due to the glass paneling infront of it. There was a lack of bins , without there being even an actual kitchen bin. Instead they were all tiny , IKEA metal wired bins that fit nothing. The WiFi to the TV cut out half way through our stay and the TV didn't connect to any other source of WiFi. There was no cheese grater or sharp knives. The freezer doors got stuck constantly and the fridge was difficult to open. There was not enough plug sockets for 6 people. The radiators were incredibly confusing and had so many buttons. The floor boards kept moving. The living/kitchen room was much smaller than the photos . The pull out sofa bed didn't stay together at all. HALF of the lights in the corridors didn't work. The front door was also very heavy to open and it doesn't tell you it's not really disability friendly , even for those who aren't wheelchair users.

Convenient city centre location

No WiFi, there were no kitchen utensils and one of the bedrooms smelt of stale cigarette smoke

There was no sheets on any of the beds
