It's clean, comfortable and very spacious. Location is very near to centre of Ipoh. Everything that we need is available and feels just like home. The additional entertainment such as kareoke, video games etc. keeps everyone entertained. The beds are comfortable and attached bathroom in each room is super marvelous especially.. Very clean as well. Highly recommended for big families with small children and elderly.

Clear instructions to check & out. The house is clean & complete with basic needs. Very convenient location and quite housing area. Only fews minutes to town area for food hunt & shops.

Some beds got sound when we sleep upon turning left right. Check out time at 11am is a bit early. (mostly check out time is 12 noon)

"Overall nice stay"

The highlight is all the 5 rooms have en-suite bathroom. The house is spacious and many entertainment facilities provided such as mahjong, game console, karaoke and cards. Air-cons all working well. Water pressure for showering is good. The compound can park 6 cars. Quiet residential.

The cleanliness need to be improved. some of the room floor was dusty and the floor is sticky. Toilets not clean as still have urine stains on the seat covers. The water pump quite noisy.

The house manager was very responsive to queries. Checking in was easy and convenient too. Place was well maintained, kept clean and tidy. Huge car porch which can fit at least 5 cars. Location was very near the airport, and within driving range to marts, restaurants and malls. Area was quiet and peaceful.
