Peedie Picky Townhoose - STL OR00094F

This was a nice little house in a terraced row, situated in a quiet, residential estate. The building is pretty modern, with double glazing throughout and comfortably furnished. We used it as a base for exploring Orkney, it's just a ten minute walk into the centre of Kirkwall and close to the main roads, with ample parking out front. It was just the two of us, but there was room for two others in the other room with the single beds. The house was well maintained and was as clean as expected. There was one bathroom with shower and toilet and a second toilet downstairs.

We had a really great few days here. Its comfortable, clean and was well set up with everything we needed. Samantha was really responsive to any queries. It is a quiet neighbourhood and very close to the centre of Kirkwall. We'd definitely recommend this as somewhere to stay.

Wow, this is an exceptionally lovely house. Clean, comfortable, homely. So well decorated and the amenities and facilities were fabulous.

Nothing- everything was brilliant

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved having the nespresso machine.

We liked everything. If I was going to add one thing it would be some thinner bed pillow options.

Just a mention unable to get free view channels. Netflix is provided and iPlayer etc.

Verry clean, great facilities and and very good communication with the owner.

We were on foot so was a wee bit out of town, we were happy walking but might be a problem for some folk

Great location to explore Kirkwall and the rest of the Island. Very clean and well equipped. Will stay again next time we are in Orkney.

The house is beautifully situated in a quiet street a few minutes drive from Kirkwall town centre. It’s spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very homely.

The house was great, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Lovely wee hoose, at the side of a modern development. Very safe 2 bedrooms (beautifully decorated) upstairs with main bathroom in middle. Good shower and lovely extra amenities.. shampoo, tampons etc Front door straight into living room. Cost cupboard. Good sized kitchen either downstairs toilet to the back. Kitchen is laid out great with wonderful coffee machine and tea, coffee sugar etc. Very comfortable. Has air conditioning unit/heater so property was always a good temperature Netflix big telly, games and books available Nice back garden either washing line Only a 15mins walk to the centre of Kirkwall across the Peedie sea. Shops walking distance.

Nothing really. Telly is big and can be heard upstairs … if that is a negative.
