Lot # 7 ~ Large, Energetic Baja House

Lady asked me for 75 dollars for an electric bill and half the home was occupied by another permanent tenant

It was a very cute and very clean house! I liked how close it was to the beach and how nice , safe and quiet the neighborhood was. I would highly recommend renting it. The owner was also very nice and helpful.

The change in fees created by the host after we had already paid the total for the rental. The misleading description of the rentals description. Lack of privacy, you can see into the rental from the street when it is night time. The two separate entrances in the service hall leading to the master bedroom and living room, giving access to the rental host due to the keyless doorknobs in the service hall. The lack of bedding, hardly no way to cover up. The lack of a book with instructions or tour of the house. The shotty cleanliness of all items in kitchenette.The lack of gas to the gas grill. The missing hose and shower where it was stated to be. The pest inside the rental. Quarter sized spiders. No check in instructions in the listing. The current host has had bad experiences with prior tenants, we paid the consequences. The open dirt back yard was uninviting, you will most likely drag dirt back into the rental.

Clean, quiet area. Shot walk to nice beach
