Very spacious apartment for single person or couple. Sparklingly clean. Shower/hot water plentiful. Good quality furnishings.

No shops and restaurants close by. And no information or useful guide on any of these places to eat, drink or shop. You absolutely need a car for this apartment. In fact, the flat is let down by not having what is common in most rental facilities ie guide on how to access TV or internet or where to shop and eat. Or interesting places to visit in the region. I was inundated with long documents about house rules and my legal obligations. But no information about whether the water is safe to drink or how to get on to WiFi - useful practical information for someone new to the area. Not even a bottle of water for those arriving late at night, as I did. Also, no space to hang clothes properly eg coats, dresses although generous shelves. This could be a very good short stay rental if they raised their game and provided basic information that you get in many rentals today.
