Location excellent. Clean, easy to manage, all facilities provided.

Furniture not very comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like was the comfort of the furniture.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 4. Balcony with views of the intracoastal waterway with dolphins swimming daily😁🐬. Well stocked kitchen with everything you needed and great Weber BBQs in the pool area. There were puzzles and games our teenage sons enjoyed playing more than their consoles! There was a beach trolley, body boards, beach chairs, parasol and cooler bags for use, which was super helpful when travelling from abroad. They even supplied pickle ball rackets/balls, tennis rackets/balls for use on the very well maintained tennis and pickle ball courts. 409 is conveniently next to the laundry room. Great location in a lovely relaxed beach town with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Also, close to a nature reserve and turtle sanctuary which are free. The bird sanctuary in Indian Shores is great too - wonderful photo spots. Short drive to supermarkets if self catering like we were. Plenty for an active family to do with Kayak, paddle board, boat and bike rentals nearby. Definitely recommend booking an island tour - either Caladesi or Egmont.

There was a device like an Amazon echo, in the master bedroom and living/dining area with cameras - both switched to on. We turned these off. Also, sent 3 messages to the rental company - Resort Rentals - regarding the cameras and received no reply.

Clean, balcony, location, pool.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like….. would have liked a dresser in the master bedroom.

The apartment is in a nice area, a bit quieter than Johns Pass to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north, but with the trolley bus stops near the apartment you were only a short distance away. I think you could stay here without a car quite happily - although the buses are frequent the timings / schedule remains bit of a mystery. The view was amazing, watching boats go up and down not to mention the dolphins we saw! The apartment feels like it’s recently been modernised, the decor is great, the place was very clean & the beds comfy. Lots of little extras such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, binoculars, usb cables and cool bags all available for use - you wouldn’t get that in a hotel! This unit is located right next to the laundry room - super handy and means only neighbours on one side. Didn’t hear any noise from it. It’s an apartment block so you do occasionally hear noise from upstairs and other units nearby.

The pool & surrounding area was being refurbished while we were there - no issues there as the weather was a bit too cool to use it, however I would have expected to be advised by the letting agency ahead of time. The noise at times, whilst unavoidable, wasn’t ideal especially when you didn’t know to expect it. (Our visit was December 2023 and they looked to be about half way through). The apartment was lovely and the grounds well maintained, however I feel the exterior of the building would benefit from a bit of modernising or perhaps just a nicer colour of paint.
