The area is nice and calm. There are some nice restaurants. Great pools. Great gardens and amazing flowers and palm trees. We really loved the home reef. It was very beautiful. So live and full of many fish. Pity that we couldn’t enjoyed it more days as planned due to the circumstances mentioned above. We instantly wanted to leave and we found another 2 bedroom apartment. Which we really enjoyed.

As a Booking.com customer for over 15 years, I have never encountered such a misleading and unacceptable situation. Here are the critical issues we faced: Misrepresentation of Size and Type: I booked a 130 square meter apartment. Instead, we were given a single room of no more than 30 square meters. It consisted only of a double bed, a sofa, a plastic table, and a small kitchenette in the corner. This was not an apartment; it was a small studio. Hygiene and Maintenance: The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were stains everywhere, the terracotta flooring was broken, and used items were left in the wardrobes and drawers. It felt unhygienic and not clean. Missing Essentials for the 3rd Guest: Although the booking was for 3 people, the room was prepared for only two. There were no linens, no sheets, and no towels for the third person. The items arrived around noon the next day. Lack of Facilities: There was no Wi-Fi provided. We only managed to get internet access because a kind receptionist from the complex allowed us to use a different network. Communication Barrier: Communication was nearly impossible as the owner speaks only Italian and no English, which added to the frustration. We arrived late (after 24:00 ), and had it not been for the middle of the night, we would have left immediately. I spent the night speaking with the complex receptionist trying to find a solution, but none was provided. As at the beggining I thought that we may have received a wrong room. Therefor we waited for the morning to reach the owners. I contacted Booking.com the moment we arrived, providing photos and a full explanation. They have been aware of the situation from the very beginning. We stayed there only 1 night. And book another apartment. I feel completely cheated. This experience was far below any acceptable standard.

Se per struttura si intende il Domina è magnifico

Per quanto riguarda la suites Giulia era trascurata, tenda e divano macchiato, oscuranti strappati, mattonelle alzate e cucina non funzionale, la roba gettata alla rinfusa e piatti sporchi. In particolare la zanzariera non chiudendo bene (aveva la guarnizione che era deformata ) lasciava libero accesso alle zanzare. Siamo stati invasi dalle zanzare, mia figlia si è guadagnata 65 morsi anche dopo aver comprato creme e repellenti. Avevo fatto richiesta di jnsetticida e mi è stato detto di comprarlo.

Posizione non ottimale per i servizi, perché distante da ristoranti ma ben servita da taf taf, vicina alla splendida piscina a stella

Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia, davvero pessima, la cura della camera, le tende erano sporche, negli armadi erano presenti oggetti lasciati dagli ospiti precedenti, i letti per i bambini scomodissimi e le lenzuola e asciugamani indecenti. Abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra per una pulizia più accurata.
