the food needs some work

Staff were amazing, room was cozy, open restaurant 24/7, shisha on beach was super, the separation between gaia residents and the hotel guests, the beach

Location on google maps is wrong, and the restaurant prices were a bit expensive. Whenever the beach is open its good whenever closed i think you have to increase the pool size or create new ones as its too small for the number of rooms in the hotel.

Great pool and location directly at the beach. Clean, modern rooms, very friendly staff.

This place is exquisite! I booked not expecting much and i was extremely surprised with the amazing super comfortable room space and design. Completely equipped with everything you might need on a vacation. The staff are extremely helpful and they make you feel welcomed the second you step foot in the place. Welcome drink, wet towels on the beach, complimentary fruit basket and cookies once you arrive. The breakfast is out of this world delivered to your room. They are very accommodating to guest requests if applicable and they ensure you have a stress free vacation with 0 hassle. A big thank you to Mr. Walid and Moqadem Wael for their warming welcome and catering to guests’ needs. Reda and seif from reception, Mohamed the lifeguard, the super guy on the beach preparing your seating to your liking. The beach bar staff are the politest ive ever met and the housekeeping team. Loved my stay and would definitely go there again. The beach is clean and equipped really well and the lifeguards are very attentive. Bravo kynd hotel team and thank you for making my very short stay an unforgettable one. See you soon.

Amazing place, fascinating beach, crystal clear water, golden sand, altogether with a friendly yet professional team made it a really exceptional experience. The food was amazing. We are so grateful for the nice time we spent there. It is definitely a place to recommend! Thanks to all the Staff members, especially Mr. Walid. Keep up the great work!
