The location is good and the pool is nice

The property overall was okay but the host was very unhelpful. Anything we requested was a no even when we asked for more toilet paper the answer was no and we had to buy it ourselves which we were extremely shocked by! The bathroom door was broken when we arrived and we received several complaints about noise when we were just watching tv at 9pm at night. These complaints were extremely rude and disturbing to our evening.

Very Clean. Tidy. Modern. Secure. Beautiful grounds. Fantastic heated pool. Bathrooms and well equipped kitchen (need more cups and glasses) very modern and fresh. Friendly people.

No pool towels! No tea towels to dry dishes. Both Showers overflowing - might need drains cleaning. Needs more hangers for clothes. 2nd bedroom sliding door could not open. Main Bathroom sliding door not easy to close. Need more bath towels - we had to wash towels every day. Plastic plates and cups would be a good idea for a picnic in garden.
