This place was a disaster from start to finish. 1. The rules set by the host is as that of a 7 Star property (attached Screenshot of their rules). We were not aware of Naira 30,000 deposit which they told after entering the room. I fail to understand which hotel in the world is stringent with 1 minute late check out and charges penalty for the same. It is a very convenient way to loot customers. I have stayed in luxury properties across the globe and have never seen such insane rules. 2. The room stank, the bed is small queen size and the bathroom had problems like (a) The flush doesnt work well (b) no water pressure in the pot or the hand shower (c) water was disgusting and smelling of sewage which isnt suitable to wash feet (d) single small towel in the entire bathroom and refused to give a hand towel and in the name of toiletries only cheap small soap (e) No hot water, no service, and definitely no peace 3. Apparently, It was supposed to be a service apartment without any service - only 2 wine glasses, no plates, dirty utensils, unhygienic 4. I wouldn’t wish this stay on my worst enemy.
