It was as very clean and really big, everything you needed for a stay

Location was amazing l right in the heart of Notts. Very welcoming inside the property, a real hidden gem

Car parking was slightly tricky to find fob and if advise taking a small vehicle due to small car parking space

Apartment was very clean, great location and the host was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

The layout of the property was ideal. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen / living room made us feel comfortable and at home. The property was tastefully decorated, clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped for basic meal preparation. The property owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Although instructions were provided with photos, I still managed to get confused accessing the key from lockbox… and they were able to help me over the phone. I chose this property over others because of the access to parking. The car park is a tight squeeze, but it is secure, on-site and very reasonably priced. Overall, a brilliant place to stay in Nottingham! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay.

A minor thing that I didn’t like was the plug-in air freshener. I am extremely sensitive to chemical fragrances, which make me nauseated. I put the plug-in air freshener and reed diffuser away in the hallway cupboard during our stay. There was a slight smell of damp without it, but it really wasn’t a big deal. The city centre can be lively place in the late evening, so I’m glad I brought my ear plugs for sleeping.

Location

1~ Deposit: we are not locals, we don’t have local back account. It caused much trouble in dealing with it. At last we had to ask local friend to help… we felt frustrated especially when we were in our long journey. 2~ No lift: unfortunately no lift service at all that we had 3 big luggage…. We had to carry those 28 inches suitcases up and down… 3~ The host misleading information: we had given a wrong room number in WhatsApp at the arrival date, so we used the key to open a wrong door. Fortunately the lady next door was calm with no yelling. But it was really very embarrassing. 4~ Hot upstairs: no wind outside, fortunately there’s a fan. 5~ Car park: so dark that feeling unsafe

The location was awesome. The apartment itself was clean, and comfortable.

A bit of struggle in unlocking and locking the door. May be it needs to be replaced. But that's minor.

Great location in the centre of the city. Really helpful host, easy access and checkout. Best apartment I have booked yet. Roomy and comfy.

Exceptional value for a city centre stay. All amenities close at hand. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Secure on site parking provided for a small fee.

No issues whatsoever.
