Dunia Hôtel Bamako ACI 2000

The worst experience I have ever had in this disgusting hotel. Very bad behavior of the receptionist who is not qualified for such a task, especially in a rated hotel. The check-in procedures took me more than half an hour, and as for the big disaster, at the time of my checkout, I spent more than an hour there. The hotel does not offer luggage service and I had to carry my luggage, 4 bags, to my room at the entrance and departure, and the hotel does not have a luggage cart. As soon as you enter the hotel door, you can smell the unpleasant smell of sweat. The food is very bad and not very varied. Every morning you wake up with the noise of the hotel employees in the hallway and they knock on the door more than once. The curtains in the room are not blackout which makes the lighting in the morning and throughout the day very strong and you can't sleep under the sun. A hotel that I do not recommend at all. The employees must be rehabilitated and trained because they are very bad.

Good location, very friendly staff. Good security.

Perhaps a bit pricy. Although I don’t know Bamako’s standards. No pool, no gym.

Breakfast said to be at 6am but restaurant press at 7am

The property is pretty much new so it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice The facility is near a hospital , a restaurant and a supermarket

At the arrival no water is provided you have to buy it. I suggest they put one bottle in the room then after that people can buy other bottles later.
