The location is not bad but THERE ARE BEDBUGS

I FOUND BEDBUGS ON THE MATTRESS. ONE OF US GOT BITTEN BY A BEDBUG. THIS IS A REAL HEALTH HAZZARD!!! THE LOCATION HAS BEDBUGS AND THERE WERE LOTS OF OTHER CRAWLERS AS WELL, I THERE'S IMAGES ATTCHED. TO PUT THE CHERRY ON TOP OF IT, WE FOUND THE BEDBUG IN OUR 2ND NIGHT AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED SUPPORT BUT NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE, TO ADD EVEN MORE TO IT, THE HOST REFUSED TO GIVE US A FULL REFUND STATING THAT THEY PREVIOUSLY HAD NO COMPLAINS ABOUT BEDBUGS EVEN THOUGH WE DOCUMENTED EVERITHING WITH IMAGES AND VIDEOS. HE INITIALLY REFUNDED US THE 2 NIGHTS WE DIDN'T SPEND AT THE LOCATION YET DUE TO EARLY CHECKOUT. WE DID GET A FULL REFUND EVENTUALLY BUT THAT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR SUCH A HAZZARD... A tiny rooms with two beds, cheaper than average but at what cost? To be bitten by bedbugs and risk taking them home...a disinfection for those pesky crawlers will cost a huge headache and a lot of money, see the photos that I attached and JUST DON'T GO THERE EVEN IF IT'S THE LAST AVAILABLE PROPERTY IN SCOTLAND, YOU'RE BETTER OFF SLEEPING UNDER A BRIDGE THAN TAKING SOUVENIR BEDBUGS AT HOME!!!!!! Also the back garden is filfhy as heck!!!

The mattress was very old ,you could feel the springs in the bed. The bed sheets did not smell great
