ZAZAZAThe place is super clean and the security was very welcoming when we arrived.
ZAZANice and cozy. Love the onxy. Me and my girlfriend always choose this place when in Cape Town for either work or otherwise.
The receptionist was very rude. Didn't believe I had a booking after showing him the confirmation mail and presenting my identification. Had to use my own cellphone credit to call the agency just so he can be pleased. Really unprofessional and a total lack of good customer service skills.
