The location was good for accessing the O2 academy . Parking was really easy and a bonus. Staff were responsive, helpful, and friendly. We had everything we needed in the room. Decor was tasteful and modern with nice touches.We had a pleasant stay and would consider coming again.

Overwhelming smell of curry, which hit us every time we entered the flat for the duration of our stay. We had to clean some of the floor. The bathroom was really cramped. There were crumbs between the cushions on the sofa.

it felt like home. nice decor and nice made the staff were very friendly

the toilet was hard to flush and the shower kept dripping all over the floor a bit far from the town centre

It was a very nice layout and was so close to the town center which was very convenient, restaurant around the pier area are top quality and really nice if in a couple!

"Good bargain accommodation"

- overall the place was clean with the exception of the sofa bed which had a lot of dirt in between the back rest and base (only apparent when converting it to a bed) which I had to clean before I used it. Under the sofa bed had also not been vacuumed. - location is very central with a lot of shops around - on-site parking - the property manager was very easy to reach

- stairs are very steep which make it difficult to carry up luggage (no lift) - the building has single glazing so since the area is quite busy it can be fairly noisy - the toilet is wedged between the bath and wall and is very cramped and uncomfortable. Showering in the bath is also not very comfortable due to the shower curtain.

Smart looking and very clean plenty of room, Location was great as just walked rpubc the corner shops, taxi's to take to seafront which was about 10 mins

The bathroom is a wet room so was not the easiest to keep dry. Especially if someone had a shower the floor would become slippery. They did provide bath mats however the are not the easiest to dry.
