1- slow tap water at the kitchen making us hard to wash anything after eating😅 2-wifi signal weak in daytime & not helping even though always restart 3-Only youtube channel available to watch

The floor is sufficiently clean, owner respond quickly

The bed is hard and has sunken. Difficult to rest properly. Insufficient power socket, all used by existing appliances.

I'm grateful as i got a cheaper apmt with an extra bedroom so thanks for the bad experience.

The admin kept passing me around when i asked for the keys. When i asked why he kept passing me around, he suddenly said he was uncomfortable with me and decided not to rent out the apartment to me at the last minute which was not professional. I guess he has many units so he felt that he didnt need to be polite and professional to his customers. Another thing that i was unhappy was the advertisement says rm221 for the apmt, but the total came up to rm307 because of hidden charges of rm60 for cleaning and rm26 for tax. I'm ok with the tax but not the cleaning charges.

Location, just across Setia City Mall and has a walkway to the mall. The apartment is big.

The Internet was totally not working, regardless we have feedback to the owner many times, they just said will check but 2 nights there no any feedback or apologies from the owner side or improvement or initiative to solve the issues for us. Until we check out the internet still not working. We are really disappointed in this and it disturbed our work. No proper guidelines of where to ON the outside bathroom heater. 1st night we shower with no hot water until 2nd say only we try and found the switch hidden somewhere not obvious. One of the beds in the master bedroom (the one that is facing the door) the mattress is already spoiled, it is not comfortable and not good to sleep. The next day everyone was experiencing a backache. No rubbish bin in both toilets which caused some inconvenience.

This place is suitable for large families. The host even supply extra matress
