GBIt felt very safe in the gated community for us and our vehicles. Plenty of single beds which was essential. Well stocked kitchen and very nice people to deal with.

GBGood location for the places we needed to visit. Felt secure in gated complex. Clean, tidy, spacious bedrooms.
A few things needed fixing & when we first arrived the neighbour was in our parking space but thats not fault of the owner.
AUGood location with secure parking. Loads of beds. We ate out while we were there, but there appeared to be all the things required if you wanted to cook at home.
Probably just that the living area probably isn't big enough for the amount of people you can fit in the place but that is only minor if you plan on being out most of the time.

Having been advised there would be a £300 security deposit prior to checking in required I would had assumed the property would have been in exception condition. It was not, it was very tired and worn, broken chairs, blinds, sofa, cupboard doors not fitted, fridge freezer in the lounge and a neglected terrace.
GBSpacious and relaxing. Hired this place for my nephew wedding. We were some of the guests. Alicia the host was on hand and very attentive and accommodating throughout the day.
Everything was on point. I hope we can come back for future Birmingham weddings

GBThe house suited our needs a mixed group on a work trip. There was plenty of space and it was easy to find. 3 toilets in the house was helpful.
There are 2 fridge freezers. The one in the kitchen was turned off and the freezer was incredibly mouldy and smelly. The keys weren't in the lockbox when we arrived, however the host I phoned was very helpful. There were no parking permits so we had to park in visitor spaces. From what I understand, I think the cleaner let the property down.
