Clean, close to center

Everything was great!

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, even the neighbours walking.

There was tea, coffee, shampo, etc to make us feel welcomed. Check in and out were easy and convinient.

Wifi was poor - we were not able to have whatsup call (even without camera).

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped even if you want to cook your own meals. The sauna was great. We were there in december, so it was good to get warmed up after a long day of sightseeing. Location is ok not in the middle of the city, but half an hour walk in really nice areas or a bus takes you anywhere in Trieste. Alhough we did not meet our host we communicated on the phone and she was very helpful and accomodating.

It was quite cold when we got there and took quite some time to heat up the place with the AC. Parking is hard. The windows of the apartment opens to an airshaft.

It was good value for the price

Comfortable, clean, quiet, well equipped. Good communication throughout from Roxy. Large bed and sofa. Nice and cool on hot days. Air conditioning. Toiletries, tea and coffee provided which were welcome. .Bus connections to rail station - Route 1 and main square/waterfront - Route 10.

Not a criticism of the flat or host but good to be aware that local buses end at 21.00 and it is 25 minute mainly uphill walk from main square/waterfront.
