Tout, villa exceptionnelle et Francisco un hôte super sympa et à notre écoute.

Attention aux coupures électriques fréquentes à Tulum, ce qui des fois rend la vie des vacances un peu compliquée dans la Villa.

Très beau logement, joliment décoré et avec tout le confort souhaité, nous y avons passé un très bon moment;

Todo muy limpio. Buenas instalaciones. Las fotos tal y como son. Tranquilidad. Recomendable. Volvería a repetir sin duda. Siempre atentos por si estaba comodo.

The property is beautiful. Looks better than the pictures. The owner was very responsive to all questions. The complex seemed empty which was really nice having the facilities to ourselves. Was with kids and felt safe in the jungle.

The road leading up to the villa is not paved yet. The cell phone reception in the area is also really bad. Once the roads are paved this property will be a 10 out of 10!

TOP TIER..Everything is wonderful, this place is a dream vacation home. It was clean the interior was just perfect decorated the kids enjoyed our stayed. We had such a relaxing time. The big pool was at great temperature so was the top floor pool. Definitely going back.

Maybe the streets around it but all streets in this area are still under construction.

It’s exactly like the pictures and very spacious. It felt very comfortable and we would definitely come back here. The communication and help was great and whenever we needed the shuttle to the beach or had any questions, it was instantly taking care of.

I couldn’t use the master bathroom which is on the top floor because you can see everything at all time due to the glass not being covered. And there’s construction going on across the street and they would watch all the time. No bueno. And there’s construction second thing there is no oven. For a family that would have been a plus especially because of the location. You can’t just walk anywhere. You need transportation

The back door did not lock. The latch was broken and I felt unsafe. The water did not work for over a day.
