Very clean, pool was great - was able to get a chair everyday not crowded, and use of the grill came in handy for dinner. Great location. Close to everything

WARNING!! This is going to be a long review. I must give these people the proper acknowledgment. This was my family’s very first time in Florida. This was also our first time using Booking.com. I myself am a hospitality veteran of 20 years! So I know what it feels like to be on the other end and welcoming the families to vacation. This place was purely amazing!! Where to start? Well first of all, this was a last minute booking and a spontaneous vacation (always the best...hehe). When I booked it, I browsed very little and seen that this place looked decent enough from the pictures, had the beds we needed for us, and was close to the beach. These were our expectations. Man oh man!! This place most definitely exceeded our expectations to the fullest. Very nice! Quiet area, has beautiful tennis courts out of our front door (which also includes a screen door). We loved the easy access to the beach, which is literally right across the street. Outside of our balcony on the back of the building, had great views of a bay, boats galore! All day, every day we would watch boats go by, from paddle boats to yachts. We got the great opportunity to see a dolphin outside of the balcony. The place was super clean. They also thought of every possible thing you might need on vacation. Bottle opener, umbrella for the beach, sand bucket, gazebo shade thing for the beach, wagon to pull your beach stuff across the street, 3 beach chairs, dishwasher cleaning soap, every type of knife, fork and utensil you could think of, 3 different floats for the pool, board games for rainy days, books to read at the pool / beach, coasters for your drinks, and so many more great things they provided so that you won’t have to worry or be concerned with those things while you’re trying to unwind and relax. They exceeded our expectations! EVERYTHING was wonderful.

Location was so convenient to everything! Loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the dolphins and boats. Condo was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

Storm door did not have hardware to keep it from being blown open by the wind.

Great location, we loved the view and watching pelicans fly by and we saw a few dolphins too!

The pool heater was broken so we didn’t use the pool as much as we had liked. We have two young kids so this was a big disappointment. We went swimming once and it was a struggle to get in, even for the kids and they love swimming! The floors of the condo had clearly been swept when we arrived but I don’t think they had been washed. The bottoms of our feet were black within minutes of walking around. We wore ‘indoor shoes’ for the entirety of our trip.
