The design and furniture.Owner has a beautiful place but cleaning service are not taking care of this place.

The cleaning service do not clean this beautiful property well.Fridge had frozen ice in a packet.It was not defrosted and cleaned.The jacuzzi does not work but there cockroaches there and taps need attention.One room is very hot as there is no air conditioning or fan in that room.

Dirty ovenpan and braaipan Some ants in the kitchen Broken jacuzzi, and was one of the points why we booked. Was only informed the day if check in The broken shower door in 1 of the bathrooms couldn't close properly Please add more toilet paper for longer stay. No sugar, coffee, or tea in the pots provides. No salt or pepper provided Some towls had some smell

Beds and beddings were clean. Showers were clean. Bathrooms were clean.

Very old and dated. Braai grids were filthy could not braai. Leaking roof in the flatlet - did not use this space. Flatlet shower tap came loose out of the wall while showering and continued to leak. The only way we could stop the leak was jamming the tap with a screwdriver and leaving it there for the owner of the properly to fix. Kitchen was very old and dated. Dishwasher was broken so we had to wash dishes by hand. Very inconvenient.
