Chambre balcon vue mer est toujours un vrai plaisir pour nous Toujours très bon petit déjeuner de très bons produits dans une jolie salle Espace Thalassothérapie toujours très bien

Hélas on constate que l établissement n’entretient plus ses équipements Mobilier taché, peintures éraflées, détériorées Pour moi ce n est plus un quatre étoiles mais un niveau 3 étoiles pour la partie chambres Quel dommage

La thalasso est superbe La salle de sport aussi. Très belles machines anciennes et performances meme si certaines sont en panne L'emplacement est top Mes chambres sont grandes spacieuses

Le manque d'élégance du personnel. Basket et tee-shirt c'est concrètement déplacé Les tarifs tres chers Les parkings extérieurs aussi Le manque d'élégance aussi dans la décoration des lieux, trop aseptisée et identique a d'autres thalasso. Impersonnelle presque froide. Manque de chaleur et d'humanité meme si le personnel est tres cordialement. Ils s'en plaignent eux-mêmes ! Ou est la boutique Serge Blanco ! Mais surtout son esprit !

Emplacement, spa, personnel qui a répondu à mes interrogations

L'orientation de la chambre, vue sur des conduits de ventilation, bruyant et disgracieux. Le lit n'était pas double mais 2 lits simples rapprochés, impossible de dormir au milieu du lit. Linge de lit troué. Les capsules de café, rouge et noire, sans information sur le contenu, caféine ou non. Le fait que bonnets et claquettes pour le spa soient payants. Le nom du gel douche "douche bretonne", au pays basque c'est un comble

L'emplacement à proximité de l'arrêt de bus (4 ou 14), à côté de la plage L'accès à l'espace marin jusqu'à 19h puis jusqu'à midi le jour du départ La cafetière dans les chambres Le personnel souriant et sympathique

Précisez plus clairement que le bonnet et les tongs sont obligatoires pour accéder à l'espace marin
