The beds were VERY firm.

I liked that the balcony was facing the water. I liked that there were grills on site.

I didn’t like that there were limited bath towels for a family of five. There were no beach towels.

The location was excellent.

This property is in major need maintenance and a deep clean. The dishwasher leaked and they sent someone in to “fix” it without our knowing. The next we used the dishwasher it leaked; we spent lots of time mopping up water and had we not been there it would’ve flooded. The garburator backed up 3 times filling the sink with whatever was in there. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom floor was disgusting. This is about a 2 star rating. Communication was lacking as I called twice and left messages and no one returned my call.

Apartment 314 needed updated, some electrical issues, toilet ran, both sliding doors were very hard to open (rusty).

The location was great. The codes were helpful.

No dustpan. The garbage can could have been 13 gallon. A 13-gallon for recyclable. Lost over 2 dollars in quarters in a dryer. Written instructions could have been left for the garbage and laundry room and the 8th-floor deck in the room. Beach towels and more beach chairs could have been provided and a guest book so people can leave their favorite places to eat, visit, etc.

The view from the balcony was spectacular.
