"Superb"

Really good base just on the outskirts of St Andrews. 5 minute drive to golf courses and easy to get taxis for going out on an evening.

"Home from home."

Ideal location for our visit. Needed to extend our stay and we’re able to do that very easily. Very welcome discount on our next stay. Had an issue with a radiator and we had visit the same day.

Privacy curtains at kitchen window and also dining room window required.

Well equipped, comfortable and stylish house. Good quality towels and linen.

The back garden is overgrown. Perhaps the owners are in to rewilding! Unfortunately, there were no instructions on how to operate the central heating. The house is situated quite a bit out of town.

"Lovely break in a bright wonderful property"

The house was in a lovely quiet part of town and was extremely clean and well-appointed. It was a very cosy and bright house, which was fantastic. Great kitchen equipment and lots of crockery, glasses, etc. Easy to get keys, find what we needed, etc.

One of the bedside lights did not work, so we had to take the one from the single room. It would also be great if there was another small chair in the sitting room, as currently, it could not seat 5 comfortably.
