Swift Loire (Field view 78)

Lovely van and nice we could take the dog. Clean for a van that allows dogs. Good location. Beds were very uncomfortable but expected for a caravan. Great WiFi and the host was very quick to answer questions. Would definatley stay again

the caravan wasn’t clean it’s old and dated could do with a good clean throughout

All the basics was there the little items placed by the owner are very nice heating system for the cold nights works well it's not the newest of caravan but it's comfortable I'd definitely stay there again the owner answers any questions you have stress free key hand over

instructions for how to use the heating unit or I just missed them the slabs from the parking zone have become wobbly probably by all the rain we've had so nothing major

Location was fine, easy access to what we needed. The caravan itself was fine. WiFi was working and good.

No bedsheets provided and we did not know about it. The policy had changed days after our booking. The owner refunded a night's stay in fairness but still far from ideal as we found out too late on the first day to go shopping. Then we ran out of gas on our last night. Part way through cooking. Had to move to another caravan at 10pm with the 4 kids after giving them an alternative meal. Again it was good that the owner was able to get us another place but again should not have happened in the first place and was far from ideal. The first caravan was not great on the cleanliness score and pretty basic across the board (didn't spot a vacuum cleaner foot instance). It would also have helped for the owner to specify which caravan park the first caravan was located at and give more guidance on how to get there. Satnav initially took us to the other park which is linked via a bridge that is currently not available. So had to drive around (about 30mins extra driving)..
