Motel 6 Mesa, AZ - Downtown

Stayed at Motel 6 Downtown Mesa (Room 142) on 03/04/2026. Walked into strong cigarette odor, broken lights, and saw multiple roaches within minutes. Left immediately and was falsely accused by staff of bringing someone into the room, which never happened. I was there less than two minutes—cameras will verify. Still waiting on a full refund.

It was awful - a nightmare! The mattress was all rusty or bloody, could not tell but it was absolutely disgusting! There were holes in the floor. Microwave did not work! Shower was all spotty and the bathtub was all stained in odd looking stains. Never ever going back there again!

The room was good. Bed was pretty comfortable. Pets stay there for free. I mean, I can't really complain. It's a motel 6 in downtown mesa, you get what you pay for. I didn't have high expectations at all, but somehow they were still exceeded. I liked that there was a big grassy area on the east side of the property where I could walk my dog. Good food and bars all around.

Eh, the property is dirty. Cigarette butts all over the place and trash, but whatever.

Nothing the only thing good was the smoke detector

Wasn’t clean super old furniture n broken bathroom tub hairs on the drain A/C couldn’t see numbers to work with it I ask for lower level n was told to wait cuz they didn’t have one TV didn’t work floor had sharpie writhing n door never was moped n housekeeping never went to my room in summering good will has better furniture staff worse ever
