Washroom was clean , bed was comfortable. It is nearby metro station so easily reachable.

Nice place to stay

I was only satisfied that I had a room to sleep for 2 nights. The A/C worked great.

Terrible room. Not well cleaned. Filthy, no window. Felt like trapped in a dark room. The light was on all day. Could not tell night or daytime. The bed linen was not changed. The bed sheet had terrible stains. I am embarrassed to mention what the stains actually were. Old shrunken pillows, faded in colour. Fortunately, I had a pair of my own bed sheets which I used. The bathroom was a disaster. Toilets are not well cleaned, but the flush worked okay. The worst experience was to be exposed to the dirty water from the basin, that flowed to the shower area. When I moved the bucket, I was horrified. There was black dirt from the basin that had accumulated over many weeks. How could I have showered or bathed in that spot. The bucket had probably not ever been lifted and the entire bathroom had not been cleaned for weeks. The only positive was the geezer worked and I had hot water. Even though in that heat in Delhi a cold bath was okay. But to get really cleaned I required hot water. They did not provide any soap. I had my own which saved the day. A terrible faded towel, not cleaned properly at all. I don't want any memory of that hotel. With that level of filth, my risk of infections was 200%. Fortunately, I carried my own sanitizer. and used antifungal powder and bathed me thoroughly. I worked very hard at preventing getting ill. What a shame on Hotel Nova Quadis. The TV was not working. The expected answer from reception was that it would be fixed in a few hours. I am convinced that the TV had not been working for weeks. They provide the same answer to all the guests. Such hotels are huge problem for travellers looking for cheap accommodation. There are many more hotels in Delhi with similar or worst facilities, exploiting travellers. A common issue in most major cities. In India, in major cities, reasonable decent accommodation would cost possibly Rs10,000 or more per day. Owners of substandard hotels are making huge money from this nasty exploitation.
