Quiet 3 bed close to the A1

Good location close to the A1 road. It was easy to find the cottage and to retrieve the key from the lock box. Warm and roomy house, nice beds, clean everwhere.

Clean, comfortable 3 bedroom house. The code given to us didn't work. There's two boxes for one door , confusing. We have managed to get in after we have given another two codes to try on two boxes.

The stairs are so squeaky, no toilet rolls and no kitchen tissues.

Loved the conservatory. Spent lots of time in there. Beds were clean and comfortable- great linens. Lovely large fluffy towels. Great dining area.

The stairs were very narrow with no handrail. Would have liked kitchen towel in kitchen and hand towel in bathroom. Would also have appreciated a coffee maker.

Excellent location, very quiet location. Three big spacious bedrooms and large bath and shower.

Only one toilet which was upstairs. Stairs were very steep and did not have a handrail. I am disabled so found it quite tricky negotiating the stairs.

Everything good, allowed us early entry after a 3 hour drive. Beds comfortable and nice quiet location. Used as a base for a concert in Darlington.
