H10 Imperial Tarraco 4 Sup

The hotel staff were very accommodating as they changed our rooms for walk in showers for minimal costs. The terrace bar and food are very good and again the staff were very helpful when choosing drinks and food. The pool terrace had great views of the marina and beach. The pool on lower level was a good size and the food truck serving drinks and food was a good addition. The location of the hotel was very close to the ramblers area and had great views of the Roman amphitheater. Well worth a visit.

First room booked, before paid for upgrade…. Not being able to open windows and let fresh air in not ideal

Hotel itself good with lovely roof top and ground floor pool area. The sea view was also lovely overlooking the ancient ruins.

The staff were not friendly with the exception of the young bar staff. The menu’s were limited and the food we ate in the main restaurant was ok - not good. The reception staff were particularly lacking in a smile/hello to us. The area surrounding the hotel which is paved with some lovely gardens was home to some homeless people and unfortunately smelled of urine. Checkout is 1000 and to stay ( even if room not booked) is @ £10 per hour. The hotel car park is expensive. Our room had a flicking bed side light and a very stick bathroom door. I thought I was stuck in there ‘til I figured out if I lifted and pull the door it would open!

Albergo bello, camera spaziosa e vista bellissima. Tutto funzionale e ben tenuto Parcheggio comodo e staff molto disponibile. Utile la piccola piscina per bambini oltre alla piscina grande.

Cleanliness and decore

Staff were rude on a few accounts. Phoning the room to ask us to remove a white towel from the balcony. Apparently we were spoiling the aesthetics of the hotel

Clean, smelt nice, great location, lovely staff. The room was comfortable and big, the breakfast was great - we really enjoyed our stay

The out of usual service hrs bar food wasn’t great though maybe that’s because I’m veggie so couldn’t eat much. What could have had was limited
