Beautiful location, close proximity to facilities, Bucerias

A bit noisy at times due to the resort next door. No chairs & umbrellas on the beach set up for guests.

The condo was exceptional well equipped. We were so surprised to find an ample supply of basics that have never been provided in other condos we have rented. Beach equipment was new and enough for our family. very well equipped kitchen and a separate refreshment fridge. All laundry supplies were there for our use. Could not ask for more.

Not fussy about the different levels on between rooms were a bit of a tripping hazard.

Beautiful, view, pool and it was safe and secure. We got a day pass next door at the all inclusive had a blast. Loved that Uber eats was available but they could not find us and I ended up with payments on my card cause deliveries didn’t show up . That’s the only sad thing about our trip Our host was amazing the private driver was the best service we had on a trip . Highly recommend this company

MexPat manages this beautiful property, a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a small development between two giant resorts. The beach, pool and deck area consequently are limited to the residents of the two five story buildings. This is the best beach (whales, rays, dolphins, sunsets, waves) we have found in PV. The apartment itself had limited views of the ocean, but was large, airy and well-furnished. MexPat took care of us and made everything easy.

The beds need to be replaced, really unfortunately soft. We all had sore backs. "Mandatory Fun" micro-phoned recreation directors leading game shows next door at the Riu was pretty constant and pretty loud, beginning at 10:00 AM but ending mercifully by 6:00 PM. MexPat provides earplugs. The rooftop area was more limited than the pictures suggest, but this is a small point since we had a nice lanai with working grill.
