I accidentally forgot to change my settings on my app to traveling with a 1 year old. We were informed upon arrival that the house is actually not accommodating children and she will still allow it if we take full responsibility for any breakages or injuries. We obviously accepted it and sincerely apologised and explained that it was an honest mistake from our side. We reassured her that we will make sure nothing breaks and we will take full liability for any damages or injuries. She agreed that we can stay on. Later the afternoon we were asked to leave (due to our baby making too much noise (was babbling and not crying) and it can become a problem for other guests who checked in- we never saw the other guests or another car outside). After talking nice and calmly, the host refused to give any (even 50%) of our money back- she claims we lied about not bringing children. Why will we lie about something like that if most of the properties in Booking.com don't even charge you extra for a one year old; we don't gain ANYTHING from lying. So so inhumane of someone to ask your guests with a baby to leave the property and find new accommodation 17:15 in the afternoon and still keeping all the money to yourself - even after we never slept over. Also something which I feel can BOTHER other future guests is that the host stays in the house with you- if I knew that prior to booking I would have never booked it. The only privacy you have is your own room and on suite bathroom. The host and her 2 dogs share the living area with you. BE AWARE -this IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS NOT SHARED PRIOR TO BOOKING. I am very disappointed in how one's heart can change once money is involved. I've never felt so unwelcome with a child ever before- we were for 2 hours in our room, taking an afternoon nap and then asked to leave due to all the noise. We never even used the living or outside area. This is so disappointing and God will bring justice. D I hope you sleep well at night.
ILהמארחת הייתה נפלאה,חייכנית וידידותית. המליצה על מקומות בילוי ומסעדות ואף התקשרה והזמינה לנו מקום, כל המלצה שהיינו נהננו מאוד. המקום מדהים והנוף מהחצר עוצר נשימה. החדר היה נקי ומאובזר. החצר עם הבריכה, הערסלים והנוף לים גורמים לך לרצות להשאר ולא לעזוב.
