019 Stylish 3 Bed Ibensa Square Apt, near Beach & Bars

The location was great for the beach and marina The apartment is clean and modern Shops/supermarket/cafe/pharmacy within a short walk

The lack of aircon in the kitchen/living space takes from the comfort in the apartment, which is a pity as otherwise it is very comfortable, it's not comfortable sitting in the living room. In the eventing with the heat The square outside the apartments main bedroom is noisy, late into the night. You adjust to it, but it is very noisy.

A beautifully presented apartment in a nice location - would recommend and possibly book again

Minor thing - as the kitchen 'window' is open to the balcony, when the aircon is on the kitchen can become very warm. A couple of issues with electric tripping when using the oven and hob together also a socket in main bedroom - reported to agent and was told they would get maintenance to check.

Spacious, very clean, great location well maintained and well equipped - bars and restaurants on the doorstep

Occasionally it was noisy, but this is offset being so close to everything

Location was excellent, everything was within walking distance, no need to take a taxi anywhere.

A 2nd bathroom would be beneficial for a 3 bedroom apartment but no big deal, we made it work.

It was a good apartment with quite good equipments. The Aircondition was only in The bedrooms. We thought that livingroom could also Be cooled.

The kitchen was really hot even the temperature was about +25 outside. Warm air from Aircondition went to the balkony (with Windows) and from there straight to the kitchen. Between kitchen and balkony there was a straight hole, not a Window or a door to close. The apartment was noisy. Both, The restauants downstairs and The neighbours were noisy.
