USThe room was more than what we expected, love it
Please use less of the air freshener, too much air freshener could trigger a migraine in some people. But, other than that the room was great!
USThe value and cleanliness of the facility was good. The location was close to the activities and easy to find when arriving.
It was a contactless hotel and all communication was done through app or phone. I stayed 4 consecutive days and had to contact management twice just to get clean washcloths for my stay. I was sent to the front office to get my own (Which they didn't have any stocked, used hand towels for washcloths.) Had to call again the next day and management sent someone from housekeeping (They were not on site) to deliver washcloths. I believe if you're going to have contactless staff you should have a way to get linens and supplies to your customer and not have to plead for those supplies.

USI couldn’t get the coffee maker to work which is probably on me lol, but there is no front in staff, so if you need something not as easily accessible. Self check in… kinda cool I guess Of and the pool was not operational and was no reference to that when booking.
USThe property was an outstanding value with a very comfortable bed.
After staying for four days, are towels were not refreshed or trash emptied. There was no staff on property to contact.
USGood sized fridge and separate freezer. Great coffee maker. Loved the themed decor. Nice comfortable chair, really good. Great price and great location. I'll definitely be back. I like that no one goes into the room when I'm not there. BIG PLUS.
USThe checkin was very easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We love the outdoor space and spent most evenings sitting by the fire.
