The house was very clean. We appreciated having towels, basic toiletries and cleaning/washing equipment in the kitchen. Owner was in contact and responded to queries very quickly.

The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great but not a problem for a short stay.

The bedroom facilities were good ,apart from broken drawers and ill fitting wardrobes ,lack of coat hangers . No working main light bulb in the ensuite bedroom . Bathrooms fine but no hand towels at the sinks . Kitchen passable ,only 7 forks for allegedly 13 folk ,fortunately we had some plastic forks with us ,which we have left ,so future guests don't have a problem . Think if it is advertised for 13 folk then basic provisions should be there . Only 8 dining chairs . We were a family group from grandmother , children and grandchildren ( grandchildren were 19 years and above ) We wanted to eat together and in the evening sit together for 'catch up ' and games . All very civilised . We had some picnic chairs in the car so brought those in at meal times . There were no instructions for the refuge bins ,we looked in them and were still none the wiser . Even though there was rubbish in them all . We are keen to recycle everything so disappointing. The garden was well overgrown and neglected so even though beautiful weather we could not sit outside . Nevertheless we had a lovely family weekend . We do this every year and can only say ,this was the most expensive accommodation we have booked ( we understand that the cost of living has gone up but . ) and the poorest facilities, though in a good residential area

The property was perfect for our purpose, it was clean and the location was easy to find

The checkout time was a little early for us, as we had to be up and out, following a heavy night at a family party especially on a Sunday

Had a team working out in the area hence the booking. Really clean and tidy property and the host was fantastic with great communication.
