"Lugar muy acogedor"

Muy buena ubicación y anfitrión muy amable y disponible

Dado muy buena ubicación y que edificio está en remodelación., hubo dificultad de estacionamiento , pero entiendo es transitorio

"No esta mal"

Principalmente la ubicación, es inmejorable. Uno de los baños era nuevo a estrenar. Algunos muebles del salón se notaba que era nuevo y que en general estaban renovando el piso entero.

La cerradura interior de la puerta, que no se podia cerrar desde dentro por seguridad. Encontramos bastante polvo en las habitaciones y el interior de los armarios estaban bastante perjudicados. La peor parte es que estaban en obras en la fachada del edificio y zonas como la terraza no se podian disfrutar.

Patogus apartamentai šalia vandenyno, paslaugus personalas . Pats miestelis yra nuostabus. Butas nėra naujas, bet vieta - labai patogi, pro balkoną matosi vandenynas.

Kol vyksta pastato renovacija, nuo ryto triukšmauja statybininkai. Bet jau į pabaigą, tai kad pasitikslinkite pas šeimininką.

El anfitrion Alex y la ubicacion junto a la playa

Durante nuestra estancia el edificio estaba de obras en la fachada. Ruidos enormes desde las 9 de la mañana y el acceso al parking imposible, la zona es de aparcamiento exclusivo para residentes, lo cual ha sido muy incómodo, especialmente por lo lluvioso de estos dias, pues debia llevar el coche a un parkin público alejado.

"Lugar perfecto."

La localizacion está genial y el piso está muy bien .Alex que nos hizo el cheking fue muy amable .

Durante nuestra estancia han empezado a montar los andamios para restaurar la fachada y a las 7,3 de la mañana empiezan hacer mucho ruido de hierros y martillazos ,además de obreros alrededor de todas las ventanas que perturban la intimidad,lo mismo a mediodía ,si pretendes descansar es imposible.

Excellent location, has its own garage, very quiet area, close to everything

Very old inside, broken furniture, creaky doors, a lot of dirt, bed linens unchanged from the last tourists (luckily I never leave without a spare bed linen), no air conditioning, broken showers, in short, everything very old and broken!
