K&P - Zadar Luxurious Retreat - BRAND NEW !!

The apartment was luxurious and in a great location. Quiet but just 10 minute walk to the start of the old town and 20 minute walk to the sea Organ but the walk is lovely along a pretty harbour where you can easily book a boat trip if you want to. The apartment was very comfortable with plenty of wardrobes, washing machine, balcony with distant sea view and 2 TV’s. There was a great coffee machine and ground coffee was provided and although there was no kettle you could use the same machine for hot water. We were given clear instructions on how to get into the apartment doing self check out but the host offered to meet us at the apartment if we wanted her to but it was not necessary for us. Parking was right outside the apartment and we had an assigned spot the the duration of our stay.

Wifi was certainly good enough if you just want to browse but not for streaming or downloading and a toaster would have been nice but we used the grill do not a big deal

The apartment was super clean, very new and with modern amenities. Conveniently located for our purposes, with only a 10 minute walk to old town. We had parking within the premises. The owner was super friendly and helpful. It was overall an excellent experience and we highly recommend it.

The apartment was truly a luxurious retreat…comfortable with upscale renovations. We enjoyed the terrace with unobstructed views over Zadar sunsets. The kitchen is outfitted with fine glassware and complete dinnerware. The parking is wonderfully convenient in the secure building parking lot and never a problem to find a good spot. Great market shopping only a block away in a small mall. The owner met us at the gate and introduced us to her beautiful apartment. The proximity to Old Town Zadar is convenient, about 15 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge.

Location of the apartment is perfect. I could walk to the old town in just 10 minutes. The parking lot was in front of the apartment, so I could transfer my luggage easily. The room itself was large, new, clean and comfortable. It was equipped with so many things, such as oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. The host was very helpful.

The washing machine had no dryer function. It’s not a big problem, anyway.

The apartment is well equipped, the kitchen is great, everything is great really. Comfortable beds, lots of space in the apartment, and the balcony is great for morning coffee. Private parking included. I haven't stayed in such a comfortable apartment for quite a while :) Also, the hostess is very kind, and sent us great self check-in instructions. 10 minutes walk to the old town

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful and very timely with communications. We’d like to return and stay longer.

It was the perfect apartment.
