CEBU AVIDA Riala T4 1711(Water Front Casino)

i was able to sleep, guess that's the only part of it

the room was not clean at all. there was still a ticket from the last person who booked the room under the bed, the tabo was slimy and the water in the tub was dirty. there was no WiFi so the tv was useless. they moved me to tower 2 and I thought the tower 2 would be the one in front of sugbo Mercado, as a non Cebu resident you will be confused. they just told me the tower and the room and they didn't give the right address. support staff kept saying the wifi is good just refresh but it clearly says in the DITO home page there was no internet and the balance was 0. I checked the whole place and confirmed it was not cleaned thoroughly. the cr was a bit slimy
