A clothes drying rack to dry clothes after washing. The stairs to the upper bedroom was very steep and narrow.
IEThe beds were very comfortable and bedding very clean .All the facilities were at hand . I called Spencer when we realised towles were not provided. Towles were delivered to the house within 2 hours. Sea Breeze is located very close to town and was ideal for a long or short stay in beautiful St Ives.
The only draw back was the narrow lane into the property. Also the hill back up from town. But we managed.

GBLovely location, perfect for 4 of us, and it's great to have parking in front of the house. There is only one bathroom, so if there are 6 people, you might struggle in the mornings. Living and dining room, however, is spacious enough for 6. Very close to town and amenities, was less than a 10 minute walk into the main town/ harbour area. We used the two double beds, which were very comfortable. There were also two single beds but we did not use them. The kitchen looked well stocked, but we didn't use it much as we were here for a short time only. Also, you will need to remember to take your own towels as noted in the description. Luckily, Spencer reminded us as we had forgotten. Note: The 2nd double bedroom is right at the top in the loft accessible via a set of stairs that could be a bit steep for some people who have mobility issues. Also, it's not easy to carry suitcase up here. However, we did not have issues with this as we just had backpacks with us.

GBThe location was ideal, only a short walk to the harbour front, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Inside feels really homely, comfortable and well thought out.
