Amazing 1br ocean view condo ! Laketown 1316

Loved the views. The condo was the perfect size for my group of 4. There was a light show on Saturday night on the lake side of the condo. And there are several different pools to swim in. The room was clean and well stocked with utensils and dinnerware. It is in a great location for picking up things at Walmart or going to eat at pineapple willies. And it has easy beach access. Over all it was definitely worth the money and the trip down.

The elevators which was out of the hosts control. Busy weekend so lots of waiting on the elevator. But the host warned me about the long wait times for the elevators. Just know you have to pay for the bands to access the pools. Which I didn't know about until I got there. That was a little extra money spent for a great weekend. I would have just liked to have known ahead of time so I could have budgeted for that extra sum.

I loved how I could see the ocean view, how the condo had a lot of space!! Definitely love the lamp at the kitchen bar, and also the pools were so nice and enjoyable!!

The elevators took to long.

I didn't like the fact that you had to wait hours to get on the elevator and off

Property is secure. Convenient to shops and restaurants.

Most on site shops were closed for the season.

I loved the view

A little walk to the beach it would’ve been better if it was closer. The lobby for check in was beyond unorganized people were arguing and the staff just ignored it.

The condo was very comfortable - not to many utensils - no games - no books - not many pots or e pans -

We were not told until after the final payment that you HAD to purchase a bracelet to access pool parking garage and beach - not good also it was not directly on the beach and the pictures seem to show otherwise
