Air-conditioned 2 room Apartment, with terrace, Rovinka, 202

This is a new, spacious flat, with the new household appliances and furniture. So, pictures of the flat on the website are indeed accurate.

Receiving of keys took over an hour. The instruction is entirely incorrect. I have read in reviews that it`s quite difficult to find keys and parking, but the apartment owner didn`t correct that thing and it`s still complicated. For instance, it was stated in instruction, that you need to go straight but in fact, you need to go straight till you reach the fence and then turn right two times in order to get to parking. Then it has been said here that key is in the right box, but this is not so. There are 4 boxes, and our key was in the third. We have found out parking lot according to the scheme. Then there were 5 doors to get to our floor, but they all were locked and key wasn`t suitable for any of them.  If you are lucky enough with the keys,you need that door, which is the closest to the parking lot. I have been texting to the apartment owner and send him a video and a wish to make a better explanation for other guests. He promised to give me keys the next day, but he didn`t do that. What about the flat, there is no kettle, coffee maker, very few kitchen utensils, also there are no cups for tea or coffee. The hood isn`t working, there are frying pans but they are not suitable with an induction cooktop. There are no ordinary things such as salt, sugar, or coffee. It`s impossible to cook something although there is a kitchen. There are no shelves in the bathroom, not a single towel hook. There is no place to hang on things, no closet or hangers in the apartment. Apartments are located in the house which is being built, a large amount of dust and construction debris around, the section is very dusty and flat also has construction dust, slippers could help, but there are no slippers also. It`s indicated that apartments with a terrace, but it`s located on the side of the construction project, it`s dusty and noisy there, and there are no chairs, or anything, just an empty terrace.

Nowe mieszkanie położone na 1 pietrze. Budynek wyposażony w windę. Do mieszkania przyporządkowane miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym.

Brudno na klatce schodowej. Budynek nie jest jeszcze wykończony.

Очень долго пришлось искать ключи. И не могли открыть дверь с парковки.
