there is NO sofabed as advertised!

There was nothing to like. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with dust - Fridge was dirty and horrible . I could go on but I'm not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced host like Khizer. DO NOT STAY. It's a waste of your money.

Khizer was a terrible host. We kept calling him to ask for the Wi-Fi password and key to the apartment, He messaged on WhatsApp to say we should stop calling him. He will only respond on booking .com Meanwhile the password was just underneath the box, The least he could do was just say that. The mattress was so uncomfortable and sinks in. Everything was misleading in the photos and inaccurate description of amenities like the kitchen, The location was messy with security issues, or noise disturbances. We checked out a day before schedule as my younger sister was frustrated and became sick as a result.

Looks like the photos. Very attentive owner, there was no tea towels or a chopping board so I informed the owner the night we arrived, he then went to Tesco had brought them first thing the next morning. Very quick to respond to my messages both at the stay and afterwards regarding the refund. Bathroom was very clean.

It had an ant infestation. I noticed a few ants in the fudge we had brought and was out on the side the night prior, but I just got rid of them and made a note to myself to store food in the cupboard above. The next morning in the cupboard, there was an infestation of ants in all of food that we’d brought for the days we were there. I contacted the owner who was very quick to respond and said he’d called the pest control out to come the next day. After prompting he agreed to refund us only for the remaining nights as he had only been told that morning. I asked if we could have a refund or compensation for the food we’d had to throw out as well as the hassle/inconvenience of now booking elsewhere, at same-day prices, but he repeated he had only heard about the ants that morning. Getting a refund was an absolute nightmare and short by £6 but I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle, but that was booking.com rather than the owner. WiFi connects but doesn’t allow you access, I contacted the owner who responded with “it should work, try switching on and off” -which we’d already done. This was the same case for both the TV and our phones. I had a suspicion that the settings have been changed to not work for guests, so I tested this by unplugging the entire router and funnily enough, the guy in the flat upstairs knocked on our door with 30mins telling us to plug it back in. I have unlimited data so just connected to my phone but I shouldn’t have had to do that. The bed has 2 mattresses sat on top of one another, it sinks in the middle and is very bouncy, but at the price paid it’s only expected. I’ve tried to write this review factually without opinion so that readers can decide for themselves.

Great location, good value for money, good communication from the owner, clean

Mattress wasn’t very comfortable, apartment lacked some of the basics e.g. tea towel for washing up

Spacious, clean and reasonably priced close to all major amenities with free parking and internet.
