Ruim appartement, netjes Goede wifi, grote tv Goede locatie, openbaar vervoer vlakbij Ook vele leuke restaurants in de buurt Airco in de leefruimte en één van de slaapkamers Andere kamers had plafond ventilator Personeel is heel bereikbaar in geval van problemen en ook snel opgelost

Blok toont afgeleefd en er staan vuilnis containers voor de deur Zetel was doorgezakt en te klein voor 4 Er was een extra stoel, maar deze was niet comfortabel Badkamer had geen kastjes of hangers om je handdoeken op te hangen Luxury is het appartement niet meer Heeft opfrissing nodig Vaak ‘s nachts wel wat lawaai van slaande deuren Ook de vuilnis wordt ‘s nachts opgehaald wat wel wat overlast brengt

Excellent emplacement avec commerces à proximité. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation.

Quelques équipements cassés ou mal entretenus.

The apartment is just like the photographs. Good location. Easy to walk to the main square. Well decorated and neat. Hosts communicate promptly.

Appliances stop working after a whilst. The stove top didn't work by Christmas morning which was a huge upset. Most of the food we bought needed a stove and it went to waste. They sent somebody to look at it and he said it was very complicated to fix at that time. The exhaust on top of the stove was leaking the entire time which is not safe. The heating stopped working and it was extremely cold in winter especially in the evenings and early morning. The bathroom smells like sewerage and can be tolerated if you keep the exhaust on. The elevator/lift works 60% of the time. One aircon in the lounge one in the room with 2 single beds. The other room was freezing. Radiators do not work. Oven is also a microwave make sure you google instructions. Only one tablet or detergent given for dishes and one for washing for over a week family of 4. And two toilet rolls. We left new things for next customers we purchased.

Location was good, near the Palace and gardens. Restaurants and transport links close by. Felt safe walking around.

Bathroom smelt, could have done with toilet bowl freshener. If cleaning products were left such as shower squeegee and spray, cleaning could have been done after every shower. Only provided with 2 small toilet rolls for 3 people for 6 nights. Would have been useful to have hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors for dressing gown and long dresses. Needed a new kitchen plug strainer and the sofa could do with a clean to remove stains. If the ironing board was attached to the kitchen door it would have freed up some wardrobe space in bedroom number 2

The flat is on the fifth floor but there are hostels on several of the other floors. There were no instructions for the appliances.

It was a nice apartment in a great location right next to the Palace. It looked just like the pictures. It was on the fifth floor but can be accessed via a lift. The staff was very nice and responded quickly to enquiries.

Only one of the bedrooms had an AC, as well as the living room and the other one only had a fan. This would be something to look out for if anyone is sensitive to heat.
